State police from throughout the region are on scene in the area of Fort Franklin Road and Blue Mountain Road in West Penn Township, conducting a search.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission and K-9 units are also on scene.

State police were alerted to a stolen vehicle which crashed at the intersection.

The occupants fled the scene and multiple police agencies are assisting.
