May 4, 2006 - Northern Lehigh’s boys and girls track and field teams both register Colonial League sweeps of Pen Argyl and Palisades. Matt Sutjak and Andrew Geiger each finish with three individual firsts to lead the Bulldog boys to a 76-73 win over the Pirates and a 91-55 decision past the Green Knights. Sutjak captures the 100, 200 and javelin, while Geiger takes all three jumps - long, triple and high. The Nolehi girls receive wins from Erika Shafer (100), Gwen Steckel (discus), Rebecca DeLong (long jump) and Alyson Serafin (high jump) to help claim a 79-71 triumph over Palisades and a 95-55 win against Pen Argyl.
