Two Lansford residents face charges after a break-in at a West Patterson Street home Thursday.
Christine King, 45, and Robert Rex, 30, were arraigned on charges of criminal trespass, defiant trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia and committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning in lieu of $30,000 each.
According to arrest papers, Lansford police found that the home at 332 W. Patterson St. was again broken into, and found King and Rex coming down from the third floor.
The front of the home is posted that no one was to be inside, police said. Both Rex and King were warned on prior occasions not to enter the property, arrest papers said.
Officers also found drug paraphernalia, including glass pipes, a mirror with residue, cut straws and syringes, arrest papers said.
King was also charged earlier this month with hindering apprehension after tipping off Seth Krynock that police were at the same home, which is condemned, court papers said.
Krynock went out a second-floor window to avoid police on Feb. 1, and was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. He was also charged with flight to avoid apprehension in this incident, court papers said.
Krynock at the time of his arrest told police that King allowed him to stay at the condemned home and tipped him off about police, court papers said.
King denied aiding Krynock, arrest papers said.
