Police said Dominique McQuade, 26, of Philadelphia, was driving a 2014 Subaru Forester southbound and it began to spin, striking the concrete median. The car then spun clockwise and hit the guide rail on the west shoulder before spinning counter-clockwise, traveling across the right lane and striking a 2019 Toyota 4Runner driven by Dawn A. Brewer, 52, of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Neither driver, nor a passenger in each vehicle, were hurt.
The Forester was towed from the scene, police said.
• Michael C. Rodriguez, 67, of Drums, was cited for “accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property” after a two-vehicle crash at 3 p.m. April 1 on the exit ramp to Route 209 southbound in Franklin Township. No one was hurt in the incident.
Police said Rodriguez was driving a 2010 Nissan Titan that pulled off onto the north shoulder of the off-ramp, at which time he abruptly reversed in front of a 2018 Kia Sportage driven by Lavern J. Capone, 81, of Weatherly. Police said upon impact, he fled the scene, traveling south on Route 209. Police said he was positively identified and charged accordingly.
• Kevin G. Kugler, 42, of White Haven, was uninjured in a two-vehicle crash at 7:36 a.m. March 27 at mile marker 98.2 in Bear Creek Township.

They said Kugler regained partial control but he had to steer to the right to avoid a disabled vehicle. He drove up an embankment. The Charger had damage to its undercarriage and was towed from the scene.
