Electronics recycling

Slatington borough will have an Electronics Recycling Day from 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday. Drop off is at the borough garage, 550 W. Church St., Slatington.

The event is open to only Slatington residents. Residents must show their ID. The borough will allow one free TV under 42 inches or one free monitor per household.

Fire department bingo

Slatington Fire Department will be hosting Pew Pew Bingo, this Saturday. The bingo has been moved to Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays, 2750 Limestone St., Coplay. Doors open at 10 a.m. Bingo starts at noon. This is now BYOB.

Lehigh Gap Nature Center

Lehigh Gap Nature Center will host Master Gardening of Carbon County for their plant event. It will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 8844 Paint Mill Road Slatington. Bring your own packed lunch.

Marching band fundraiser

The Northern Lehigh High School Marching Band will have Vince’s Famous Cheesesteaks from noon to 6 p.m. on April 17. The truck will be located in the Diamond Fire Company Bingo lot, 110 Main St., Walnutport.
