State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• Christine Monaco, 50, of Stroudsburg, was cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a domestic disturbance at 4:42 p.m. April 6.

Police were called to the 100 block of 170 Strawberry Hill Road, Hamilton, Township, where it is alleged Monaco pushed and punched a 50-year-old Sciota man.

• Police were called to a property at Shagbark Lane and Center Drive, Hamilton Township, at 11:58 a.m. Feb. 23 to investigate a theft by deception incident.

They said a 36-year-old man from Stroudsburg, reported a suspect attempted to cash fraudulent checks from his bank account but was unsuccessful.
