A 77-year-old White Haven man was pronounced dead at 8:13 p.m. Saturday.

Carbon County Coroner Mark Smith said the man was found in Kidder Township on Pa State game lands.

The cause of death is self inflicted gunshot wound with the manner of death being suicide.

The Carbon County Coroner’s Office and the Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
