State police at Schuylkill Haven released details on incidents:

• A 39-year-old man from Drums is facing charges of retail theft after an incident at 10:57 a.m. March 21 at the Boscov’s store in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norwegian Township. A 28-year-old man from New Ringgold reported the incident.

They said the man fled the store with unpaid merchandise. He was caught after a search of the area.

• David Capko, 36, of Port Carbon, was arrested on charges of assault after police were called to a fight March 16 at the Turkey Hill Store, 216 Pike St., Port Carbon.
