Tamaqua Police said they were advised by Tamaqua Area School District police on March 13 that a 17-year-old Tamaqua boy and a 16-year-old Nesquehoning girl were investigated for having nude photos of each other on their cellphones.

Tamaqua police said charges will be filed against both for transmission of sexually explicit images by a minor, and that any electronic communication device used in violation shall be subject to forfeiture.
