State police at the Fern Ridge barracks reported the following:

• Joshua Lutz, 27, of Effort, was cited for criminal mischief after police were called to an incident at 10:22 a.m. March 10 at a property on Apple Tree Lane in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said a 55-year-old man from Effort reported Lutz punched a wall in his home, damaging its wood-grain paneling. The estimated damages are $100, police said.

• Police responded at 5:44 p.m. Feb. 28 to a property on Donalds Road, Chestnuthill Township, for a reported vehicle theft.

The victim, a 36-year-old woman from Dagsboro, Delaware, reported someone stole her 2002 Mitsubishi Galant from the driveway of her residence.

• Jon Roselli, 19, of Brodheadsville, was cited for retail theft (shoplifting) after police were called at 4:27 p.m. March 6 to the ShopRite store, Kinsley Drive, Chestnuthill Township.

Police said store personnel told them he ate sushi at the store and did not pay ($10) for it.
