Incorporation of GSR Industries, Inc., Lansford, has been approved by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The concern has been chartered with the capitalization listing of $5,000, according to charter papers.

They list the incorporators as Alfred M. Giannangeli, David G. Reinbold and Edwin A. Sweeney, all of Lansford.

The corporation was originally founded as “The Miner’s Laundry” by Richard Hoben of Lansford, handling miners’ work clothes and industrial items. Several years ago, it was sold to the late Al Misantone of Lansford, whose estate recently sold it to the new owners.
