State police at the Frackville barracks reported the following:

• Ethan R. Kulp, 18, of Brockton, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 4:22 p.m. Feb. 22 on North Valley Street (Route 209) in Blythe Township. He was uninjured.

Police said he was driving a 1995 Toyota Camry southbound at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a left curve in the roadway. The car traveled off the road and struck a ditch and several small trees, coming to rest in the ditch and against a tree, facing south.

• Ruth Ann Murphy, 69, of Swoyersville, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 3:50 p.m. Feb. 27 on Interstate 81 in Ryan Township. She was uninjured.

Police said she was driving a 2019 Nissan Rogue northbound when it traveled off the road and struck a ditch.
