Mahoning Township supervisors took the following action last week:

• Adopted the township’s subdivision and land development ordinance.

• On a 4-1 vote, agreed to have solicitor Tom Nanovic draft an ordinance amendment to rename Clinic Road to Diaz Road, as this was a contingency of sale request. Board Chairman Robert Slaw was opposed.

• Approved the Hammel/Stern minor subdivision, with stormwater waiver request.

• Approved the Merluzzi subdivision waiver requests. The plan calls for subdividing a 17.392-acre lot at 1198 Mahoning Mountain Road into two lots.
