Snow storms and cold air in recent weeks have supplied a snow pack perfect for horse-drawn sleigh rides. Leiby’s Carriage Service in Walker Township was busy all weekend providing rides and an outdoor fire pit with s’mores and hot chocolate at Valley Road south of Tamaqua.
