An Ohio man faces drunk and disorderly conduct charges when state police responded to a Lansford bar for a fight Sunday night.
Paris Medley, 30, of Columbus, Ohio, was charged with simple assault, disorderly, harassment and public drunkenness after a fight around 9:30 p.m. at Coal Miners Bar and Grill.
Troopers received numerous updates while en route to the bar of a man outside screaming and banging on the door, after the owner kicked him out, court papers said.
When troopers arrived, a woman told them that Medley struck her in face with a closed fist, causing a cut to her lip, court papers said.
District Judge Joseph Homanko, Weatherly, set bail at $10,000 and Medley was remanded to the Carbon County prison.
