State police at Fern Ridge reported the following:
• The Tractor and Supply Co., 1580 Route 209, Chestnuthill Township, was cited for “control of alarm devices and automatic dialing devices/false alarms” after police were called there at 9:57 p.m. Feb. 8.
Police said it was the fifth time in a 12-month period that emergency personnel were summoned by a false alarm at the business.
• A 14-year-old girl from Stroudsburg is the victim of a harassment by physical contact incident that police were summoned to at 4:47 p.m. Jan. 24.
Police said they were dispatched for a domestic violence report and conducted interviews with the girl and a suspect. They said the suspect sent videos to the reporting victim’s mother that contradicted what the victim said had taken place.
• A 61-year-old Bangor man was charged with ”firearm sale or transfer” after he was deemed prohibited from buying a firearm at a business on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.
