One person was injured Monday morning in a crash in West Penn Township. The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Routes 309 and 895 in Snyders involving a Jeep and a sedan. One person was treated at the scene by members of the Penn Mahoning ambulance before being transported to a trauma center. West Penn firefighters assisted at the scene, helping those involved and maintaining traffic control at the scene. State police at Frackville are investigating.
