Four area wrestlers win titles at the fifth annual Coal Cracker Wrestling Tournament, held at Panther Valley. The host Panthers account for two of the champions, as Len Ogozalek captures the 113-pound crown and Rian Shubeck earns the gold at 220 pounds. Jim Thorpe’s Kevan Gentile goes 5-0 at 106 pounds to claim the title at that weight class, while Tamaqua’s Colin Mashack posts five wins - with all his victories coming by falls or tech falls - to earn top billing on the stand at 126. PV, coached by Tim Robb, also receive runner-up finishes from Darren Goida, Hunter Davidyock, Richard Nase and Lukas Mika to place third in the team standings
