A juvenile faces charges after fleeing from Lansford police early Monday.

Borough police while on patrol at 1:24 a.m. saw a vehicle commit several traffic violations, attempted a traffic stop and the vehicle failed to stop, police said.

A brief pursuit occurred and then was discontinued, Lansford police said. A juvenile suspect was apprehended a short time later and will be charged, police said.
