Mauch Chunk Trust announces 2 promotions
Mauch Chunk Trust Company is pleased to announce the promotions of Todd Smolinsky and Casey Greenfield.
Todd Smolinsky has been promoted to remote banking director, underscoring MCT’s commitment to advancing digital banking and cash management services for businesses.
Smolinsky has been with MCT for eight years and has over 25 years of banking and finance expertise, bringing a wealth of knowledge to his new role.
He resides in Freeland, with his wife Nicole and two children, actively participating in community initiatives as a current Board Director and Board Secretary for the Carbon County Action Committee and the coach for Freeland Middle School Girls’ Basketball
He graduated from the former Bishop Hafey High School, received his B.A. in Business Management and B.A. Marketing from Alvernia University in Reading.
Commenting on his promotion, Smolinsky said, “I am thrilled to step into new role of remote banking director at Mauch Chunk Trust. The landscape of banking has evolved significantly in recent years, and I am excited to deliver innovative business cash management solutions to businesses through the region.”
Casey Greenfield, previously serving as community office manager for MCT’s Albrightsville office since November 2021, has been promoted to the position of business banker.
With a career spanning back to 1997 in New York, Greenfield is well-prepared to nurture and manage business relationships within the community.
She will be responsible for providing tailored financial solutions that help businesses achieve their financial goals and contribute to regional economic growth. Greenfield, her husband, Dave, and three children call Albrightsville, their home.
She supports her community by serving as a board member with both the Dimmick/Penn Kidder Memorial Library and the Lake Harmony Rescue Squad.
Greenfield said, “I am excited to take on my new role as business banker. This opportunity allows me to support, educate and guide business clients of Mauch Chunk Trust Company, providing them with the personalized service they deserve.”
Mauch Chunk Trust Company operates seven full-service community offices in Carbon and Schuylkill Counties, as well as a Wealth Management office in Jim Thorpe.
