State police at the Belfast barracks charged Charles R. Anthony, 60, of Wind Gap, with harassment by physical contact after they were called to an incident at 7 a.m. Dec. 13 at 200 Hilton St. W., Glendon borough.

Police said the victim is a 46-year-old Kunkletown man.

It is alleged Anthony jabbed the victim in the sternum with his knuckle, causing tenderness to the bone and an observable red mark on his body.
