The westbound lanes of the McCall bridge were closed Thursday afternoon due to an crash.

The crash occurred around 12:30 p.m. and involved a car and a sport utility vehicle. It appeared the SUV was traveling east and struck a westbound car.

Members of the Mahoning Valley ambulance were on scene evaluating those involved.

State police at Lehighton are investigating the incident, assisted by Lehighton and Franklin township police.
