State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following:

• A 64-year-old Lehighton man is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop they made at 7:42 p.m. Dec. 9.

They stopped him in a 2006 Toyota for Title 75 violations on Route 248 in Parryville.

• A 71-year-old Bowmanstown man is the victim of a criminal mischief incident that police were called to at 7:29 a.m. Dec. 11 at a property on Fireline Road in Bowmanstown.

Police said someone gained access to his 1992 Chrysler LeBaron and damaged its ignition.

• A 25-year-old Kunkletown man was cited for harassment by physical contact after they were called to a physical altercation at 12:04 a.m. Dec. 12 at a property on the Kunkletown Road in Eldred Township.

The victim is a 25-year-old woman from Kunkletown. Police said she was not injured in the incident.
