Andrew E. Turpin Jr., 27, of Bushkill, was injured in a two-vehicle crash at 7:29 p.m. Nov. 21 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.

State police at Stroudsburg said he was transported by personnel from MedEvac to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Pocono, East Stroudsburg.

Police said he was driving a 2013 Cadillac at a high rate of speed near the Route 33 intersection with the Route 209 ramp when he lost control of the car and it struck a 2022 Jeep Renegade operated by Jody G. Agnew, 44, of Averill Park, New York. She was uninjured.

Police said both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Turpin was cited for driving a vehicle with an expired registration, police said.
