State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Christopher M. Snyder, 34, of Leesport, on rape charges stemming from an incident that happened between 9 p.m. May 5 and 4 a.m. May 4 in Wayne Township and involved a 15-year-old girl from Pottsville.

Police said anyone with information on Snyder’s whereabouts is asked to contact Trooper Michael Vinitski at the barracks.
