The Mahoning Valley Fire Company was dispatched around 7 a.m. Thursday to a fuel oil spill at a home at the intersection of Chapel Drive and Winter Mountain Road in Mahoning Township. The resident reported an exterior fuel tank ruptured, spilling the fuel across the lawn and into a small stream feeding a pond.
