Samantha Wagenhurst, 40, of Summit Hill, is facing charges of driving while her license is suspended due to a DUI conviction after a traffic stop made by state police at the Lehighton barracks at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 14.

Police stopped her in a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe for a Motor Vehicle Code violation on Route 248 in Bowmanstown.
