State police at Schuylkill Haven

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported on the following incidents:

• A 53-year-old Orwigsburg man was charged with a Title 75 felony violation after police were called to an incident at 7:21 p.m. Oct. 21 along Route 61 in North Manheim Township.

Police said it is alleged he struck the victim’s vehicle with his vehicle and fled the scene before police’s arrival. Involved in the incident were a 2012 Toyota 4Runner and a 2011 Toyota Camry.

• A 35-year-old Pottsville woman was charged with “firearm sale or transfer” after she was denied the purchase of a firearm because of having a prior charge against her.

Police said it happened at 5:37 p.m. Aug. 23 at 501 Route 61, North Manheim Township.

• A 30-year-old Orwigsburg man is the victim of a simple trespass incident that they were called to at 9:43 a.m. Oct. 14.

It happened at a property on Coal Mountain Road in West Brunswick Township. Police said they were told an ex-employee went to the residence of his boss and an argument ensued over payment for work and property left at the jobsite. They said the boss told them he instructed the ex-employee to leave the property. The ex-employee became extremely irate and was told several more times to leave the property but refused to do so, becoming more irate. Police said the boss told them he removed his pistol from his waistband and held it along his side.
