November 2, 1974 - Lehighton’s Kevin Koch finishes 15th in the PIAA State Class B cross country race to help the Indians’ place fourth in the team standings. Koch completes the three-mile course at Penn State University in a time of 15:33. Teammate Rich Hunsicker also ends in the top 25, crossing the line in 15:51 to place 23rd. The Tribe’s Dan Schoenberger finishes 58th, while Andy Homyak crosses in 98th. Among other local runners, Slatington’s Keith Kibler also places in the top 100, earning a 72nd finish.
