State police at Bethlehem are investigating a burglary that happened at the Bath Drug Pharmacy, 310 S. Walnut St., Bath.

Police said they were called at 6:53 a.m. Oct. 14 where it was reported two suspects gained entry to the pharmacy by smashing the glass of a rear door while a third person remained in the driver’s seat of a BMW vehicle.

Police said the intruders ransacked the pharmacy and stole an unknown amount of promethazine oral solution (cough syrup) and oxycodone.

Police said they exited the pharmacy through the same door they entered and fled in the vehicle in a westward direction.
