Penn’s Northeast, a regional economic development agency for Northeastern Pennsylvania, has appointed Kelly O’Brien as its board chairwoman.
O’Brien is the Executive Director of the Berwick Industrial Development Association.
O’Brien will have a two-year term and play a key role in driving economic growth and development in the organization’s eight-county region of Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Schuylkill, and Wayne counties.
