Blake Suttie, 43, of Slatington, is facing several charges following an argument at 8:33 p.m. Oct. 13 at a property on Friedens Road in Washington Township.

State police at Bethlehem said he punched a woman in the head while she was breast-feeding her 3-month-old daughter.

He is charged with endangering the welfare of children (parent commits offense), simple assault and harassment by physical contact.

Suttie was taken into custody at his residence, police said.
