West Penn Township supervisors took the following action Monday morning:

• Adopted a resolution for a plan revision for Fegley Oil Company Inc. to install a sewage system with holding tank.

• Congratulated Tony Kuhn, of Clamtown Troop 755, on achieving Boy Scout’s Highest Rank, Eagle Scout, on Oct. 14. Kuhn restored a retired mail deposit box for depositing retired U.S. Flags as his Eagle Scout project.

• Adopted a proclamation to let Israel know that the township stands behind them. The township plans to include that on their billboard as well.
