According to court papers, state parole officer contacted Nesquehoning police after finding an AR-15 gun in Peacock’s closet during a lawful search of his home.
Police seized the weapon, two magazines and a Smith and Wesson case. Peacock allowed officers to search his bedroom and they found an orange needle cap, empty baggies and a tourniquet, court papers said.
