State police at Frackville said a man driving a U-Haul truck was backing it up when it struck a car at 6:24 p.m. Sept. 22 on Valley Street in New Philadelphia.

That resulted in the driver being cited for the incident.

Police said the 1981 Chevrolet sustained minor damages when it was struck by the box truck.
