Matthew Uroskie, 33, of Brockton, was cited for a Dog Law violation by state police at the Frackville barracks after his dog bit another dog on Green Steet in Brockton at 7:44 p.m. Sept. 24.

Police said the incident was reported by a 33-year-old Brockton man who said his dog was bitten by Uroskie’s dog after he failed to confine the dog to his property.
