Schuylkill woman jailed on terroristic threats charges

State police at the Frackville barracks charged a New Philadelphia woman with terroristic threats after she allegedly threatened to kill two people in an incident at 8:53 p.m. Friday on Valley Street in New Philadelphia.

Colette Rajkowski, 54, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Andrew Serina and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville, in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Police said the victims are a 52-year-old woman from Oneida and a 30-year-old woman from New Philadelphia.

Police said it is alleged Rajkowski had a knife and threatened to kill the victim and her mother.

She will appear before Magisterial District Judge David Plachko at a later date.
