State police at the Lehighton barracks said an incident that happened in school ended up with both the parents of a juvenile and school staff declining prosecution.

Police said they were called at 12:20 a.m. Sept. 12 to 496 W. Lizard Creek Road, East Penn Township where they were told an incident occurred between a student and school staff.

They said the student became aggressive and physical with the staff.

Police said the staff used proper physical techniques to gain compliance of the student.
