State police at the Lehighton barracks charged a 38-year-old man from Churchville, New York, with driving under the influence after they responded to a one-vehicle crash at 10:13 a.m. Sept. 4.

It happened on Route 125 in Ross Township. The man was driving a 209 Chevrolet Impala.
