Tamaqua police charged a borough woman with corruption of minors and disorderly conduct following an Aug. 28 incident at the Willing Skate Park.

Police said they were called to the park at 3:05 p.m. for a juvenile disturbance with multiple people involved. When officers arrived, the spoke to a 15-year-old girl who said she and another girl began fighting but the fight was quickly broken up. The girl told officers that Adela Hernandez Berrios, 39, was encouraging her daughter to fight.

Police later found footage of the incident, and saw that Hernandez Berrios encouraged her daughter to assault another girl.

There were no injuries, police said.
