One person was killed in a crash Wednesday morning in Branch Township. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. along Route 209 in the village of Llewellyn, just west of the intersection with Phoenix Park Road. According to reports from the scene the dump truck was traveling east and as he crested a hill the sun blinded him, causing him to cross the roadway hitting a van head-on.
