The kickoff for Jesse Hiles Zoostock 2023 will be held from 6 to 8 tonight on the Zoostock grounds, 390 West Snyder Avenue, Lansford.

The event tonight will include free burgers, hot dogs and giveaways. The 2023 Zoostock will be revealed.

The Zoostock festival will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Sept. 4.

Proceeds from the free, popular event benefit the American Cancer Society Eastern PA Telethon 2024.

The family-friendly event will feature performances by Lyle Mantz, Hatter, Mr. Moon, Ricky & the Ricardos, The Coal Reefers playing music by Jimmy Buffet, Sweet Revenge and Project 9.

The co-emcees will be Telethon house band leader Dave Freeman and longtime Zoostock volunteer Kaylee Gilbert.
