SteelCreek playing some new favorites

SteelCreek, a six-member band in the Lehigh Valley, plays modern country cover songs with some classics and Rock ‘n’ Roll mixed in. The name comes from the Bethlehem STEEL Company and the Monocacy CREEK, whose water flows into the Lehigh River along which the Bethlehem Steel Company was built. Some new selections are “If You Go Down I’m Going Down Too” by Kelsea Ballerini, “Love You Anyway” by Luke Combs, “Flowers” by Miley Cyrus, and “Shivers” by Ed Sheran. Classics include “Crazy” by Patsy Cline, “Folsom Prison” by Johnny Cash and, “Jolene” by Dolly Parton. The band will play at 8 and 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
