William McPartland has been named food and beverage director at Blue Mountain Resort.

McPartland has more than 25 years of restaurant experience.

Before joining Blue Mountain Resort, McPartland served for three years as general manager/kitchen manager at The Clubhouse Grille in Bethlehem.

He is a Penn State graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management.
