William Schwab, a local attorney, was welcomed last night as the fifth member of the East Penn Township board of supervisors.

He joins supervisors Troy Smith, Gary Kuehner, Guy Barry and Todd Deem in comprising the township’s administration.

Schwab called for a formalized process to resolving taxpayers’ complaints, saying he had reviewed the minutes of township meetings and found there is no follow-up of resident complaints presented during public comment.
