Lehighton State Police reported on three incidents that were investigated recently.
• A 24-year-old Gilbert man and a 21-year-old Jim Thorpe man were both cited for harassment by physical contact after state police were summoned at 2:06 a.m. Aug. 18 to a property on Forest Inn Road in Lower Towamensing Township.
Police said they engaged in a mutual physical altercation.
The men were not named in the release.
• Kaeala Houdek, 29, of Weissport, has been charged with trespassing.
Police said the offense took place at 9:36 p.m. Aug. 20 at Hemlock Drive in Mahoning Township. The victim is a 32-year-old Lehighton man.
• State police are investigating a case of the theft of a lost or mislaid property.
The victim is a 69-year-old woman from Palmerton who reported the incident at 1:41 p.m. July 31.
Police said she misplaced her wallet at Riley’s Deli, Franklin Street, Bowmanstown, and said a female is alleged to have picked it up shortly after the misplacement.
