State police at Fogelsville were summoned to a property on Blacksmith Road in Weisenberg Township to investigate a “scatting rubbish” incident.

A 63-year-old woman from New Tripoli reported that someone dumped several logs on her property between 5 p.m. July 17 and 1 p.m. July 18.
