Murder suspect apprehended in Monroe

A York man wanted for a triple shooting attempted homicide case in that city was apprehended at 11:08 a.m. Tuesday in Monroe County.

State police at the Stroudsburg barracks said they assisted the U.S. Marshall’s Service in taking Kenell Enrico Chisholm, 34, into custody in the 400 block of Scotrun Avenue in Pocono Township.

Police said the fugitive was wanted by the York City Police Department for attempted murder and was apprehended without incident. Troopers seized a gun, ammunition, accessories and narcotics during the operation.
