Northwestern improved to 3-0 by gaining a narrow 426-434 Colonial League victory over Pen Argyl.

The Tigers had five of their golfers shoot rounds in the 80s, led by Stone Sosnovik - who fired an 82.

Eric Mather contributed an 84, while Avri Chandler added an 86.

The Green Knights’ Shane Moser gained medalist honors with a 79.

Lehighton’s James Traylor earned medalist honors but the team win went to North Schuylkill, 354-384, in a Schuylkill League match.

Traylor carded an 80 at Jack Frost, however the Indians dropped to 0-2.

The Spartans (3-0) were paced by Jude Maziekas, who finished with an 82.

Tamaqua dropped a 372-405 Schuylkill League decision to Lourdes.

Blaise Gigli posted an 87 to pace the Blue Raiders, who dropped to 1-3. Tamaqua also received a 94 from Noah Steigerwalt.

The winners were led by Drew Yagodzinskie, who finished with a low score of 84.

Medalist honors went to Noah Schurman of Emmaus with a 71. Evan Murphy of Pocono Mountain East ended a stroke behind with a 72.
