Community Cupboard – Dinkey Memorial has a food cupboard available to members of Dinkey and St. John’s and residents of East Penn Township who are in need of supplemental food resources. The distribution is from 3:30-5 p.m. the third Thursday of the month Dinkey’s Social Room, located below the sanctuary. If you or anyone you know would benefit from the Community Cupboard, contact Pastor Tony.

• Fall Bazaar, 5-7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30; free kids pumpkin hunt at 11 a.m.m. Bake sale, homemade food, basket raffle, fall decorations, candy, plants, pans of filling, and raffle tickets. Ten percent of profits go to Food for the Poor. Ben Salem UCC

Ben Salem UCC, 1965 Church Hill Road, Lehighton will hold Sunday Worship Service at 9 a.m. this month. On Sept. 3, the worship services will be at 8 a.m. with a Praise Band and a 10:15 a.m. traditional service. Communion service will be the first Sunday of each month. Sunday school classes will begin at 9 a.m. Sept. 10.

The Fall Festival will be held at Ben Salem UCC from 5-7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30. There will be food, homemade crafts, bake sale and basket raffle.
